[scripts-announce] 8/14/05 Script Server Outage

The script service was not working properly from about 6:00 a.m. to 11:30
a.m. this morning.  The outage was caused by a filesystem kernel bug, and
we currently think that the problem is with the version of openafs running
on the script server.  We will try to correct the problem soon so that
this bug does not cause more downtime.
