[scripts-announce] PHP 5 upgrade

On Saturday, August 13, we are planning to upgrade the script server's
version of PHP to PHP 5.  After the upgrade, all .php files will, by
default, be interpreted using PHP 5 instead of PHP 4.  I am told that most
existing PHP scripts should work fine with PHP 5 without modifications,
although PHP 5 is not entirely backwards compatible with PHP 4 (and
therefore some scripts may need to be modified; see
http://docs.php.net/en/migration5.html for more information).  If you have
