[Sci-tech-public] new HASS-E course from visiting Professor

There will be a new course offered this spring on the Philosophy of  
Technology.  The professor is a philosopher, Svetozar Minkov, who will  
be visiting MIT for the spring term.  Might be of interest for some of  
you.
