Hello all,

 

I am happy to announce that two STS staff members  are being honored for
exceptional service to MIT this year. Debbie Meinbresse  will receive the
2009 Exceptional Attention to Detail Award and Judy Spitzer the 2009
Exceptionally Loyal Service to SHASS Faculty Award. Please join me in
congratulating both Debbie and Judy for their exceptional service and
commitment to the STS Program, SHASS and MIT!  

 

In this time of uncertainty at MIT,  it is particularly rewarding to
recognize our long-serving STS staff, two people who really have helped
build the department over many years. 

 

If you are interested in attending, Dean Deborah Fitzgerald will hand out
awards in a special ceremony on Tuesday, May 12th from 12-2 in 32-D850.
