Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know about a program tomorrow (Tuesday) that is
part of MIT's "Big Questions After BIg Hurricanes" series. The STS
Department is hosting "What's So Natural About Natural Disasters?"
and it focuses on the human, social, and historical aspects of
Hurricane Katrina and what we call natural disasters.

The speakers are Professors David Jones and David Mindell of STS and
Professor Meg Jacobs of the History Department. Professor Roz
Williams will moderate. Enclosed below is more information.

The program is from 5-7 in the Stata Center's Kirsch Auditorium.
Hope you can make it!
