Case 459903: Recycling program

Hi, my name is Melvin Makhni, and i am trying to start a recycling program at 
my fraternity, Phi Beta Epsilon.  Our helper at our fraternity is sick, so I 
am trying to collect cans, bottles, and other recyclables as quickly and 
efficiently as possible.  Do you know where I can get recycling bins from, and 
where would I go to get them recycled?  Can I pick them up from somewhere?
