Form Step in Workflow fails to transport to QAS

Hello Sue

I think if you check the attributes of the screen, you will find that the screen has a development class of $tmp, so changes this to a transportable development class and move the new transport to your QAS system. 

This seems to be a new feature introduced after we had an EHP7 upgrade.
