WI got reserved

Hi Rina,

Thanks for your reply.

We have our custom powl inbox which has all workitems and on click of WI,it
opens a WD Application.

In my scenario,wi goes to both the users and anyone can process it.its a
single task.

Issue is when anyone user click the WI to view it,it gets reserved
automatically which shouldn't be done until user perform any action on it.
