Personas and Workflow

Hi Jocelyn,
  Thanks for your inputs. We are using SBWP. As you said i can create a
screen using the function modules, but i have to call this screen from the
personas landing page(initial screen) with a launch button, but what the
user needs is a kind of table in the initial screen that shows all the work
items for approval, and when he clicks the item in the table, it should
execute the work item, as you mentioned its same as POWL or UWL embedded
inside the landing page. Can we use POWL in SAP GUI without using NWBC?
