Personas and Workflow

Dear Workflow experts,
   Has anyone modified the workflow inbox transaction using Screen
Personas? We want to actually show a list of work items pending for the
user in the initial screen of the Personas(flavour) and the user can click
on the work item and execute the same. Please let me know if anyone has
done such scenario using personas or w/o personas.
