UWL Portal Buttons User Specific Issues

Hi Colm
The point is to remove the personalizations because they interfere with the caching depending on when the personalizations were made, when the UWL changes were uploaded, whether the user was in their inbox at the time, etc.
Whether they match another user's personalizations is irrelevent here
Better still delete them via the UWL admin iview where you clear the UWL cache *BUT* make very sure the user is out of the UWL & out of the portal when you clear personaliAtions and clear UWL cache or parts of the cache may be retained anyway
