Workflow - Table or Report? [Scanned]

Hi,

Is there a way to determine the number of workflows( standard and Custom built ) and the different types of workflows available in the system? I mean I would like to know if there is any standard query or Table which holds the number of active workflows in a customer's system and also a way to determine how many of them are process-controlled workflows and how many of them are application-controlled workflows?
