Extended notification link in Outlook

Hi

We have implemented a new approval workflow. We have used Extended 
notifications to send emails to outlook for the approvers, with the link 
in that should take them to their logon pad and task. This all works for 
most users, but there are just a couple of users who get a failure when 
they try and open the link in their outlook email.



Could anyone help and point me in the right direction as to what could 
cause this?
