Hello Prakahs,
I'm trying to avoid adding a background job before each mail step as this requires me to modify all existing workflows and also it will will complicate the design of the WF by having more steps. You can read the full scenario i'm trying to avoid in the original sdn post where I posted this question at http://scn.sap.com/thread/3368689
Thanks,Ali

If the latter, than you could change the name of WF-Batch to whatever you choose using SU01. I usually give it a name such as ?SAP Workflow?, ?SAP Work Item?, etc., so the Users know that it?s an important item from their SAP system.

> Hello All,
> I've posted a question on SDN for a while but haven't gotten an answer for it yet so thought I'd try here. I'm trying to find a solution to prevent mails steps from going into errors and the only thing I can think of is to modify the standard sendtaskdescription method but i'm not sure if there's a better solution. I'm sure that someone has found a solution to this problem and I would appreciate it if anyone can help. To check the post: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3368689
