Email not from WF-BATCH

Robert,

Is the problem that you want a different User ID to send them, or that when the emails are received it shows the Sender as WF-Batch? If the latter, than you could change the name of WF-Batch to whatever you choose using SU01. I usually give it a name such as “SAP Workflow”, “SAP Work Item”, etc., so the Users know that it’s an important item from their SAP system.

Subject: Email not from WF-BATCH

All,

Default, all emails sent from workflow with the standard email step are sent with sender WF-BATCH.

Is it possible to send an email from workflow not as sender WF-BATCH but a different user?

Kind regards,
Robert
