Events not getting triggered for APR process(SAP HR)

Hi Guru,

In PHAP_CATALOG, did you set the indicator "Approval Process Activated" on the Processing tab?

Also, look at transaction OOHAP_BASIC , structure Workflow Events, and see if your events are listed there.

Hi Experts,

Background:

I  am kind of new to appraisal(APR) & competency(ACR) process in SAP-HR.

I have a scenario where I am designing custom workflow on APR process. There are standard events present in BOR: APPR_DOC.

I can use these standard events present in APPR_DOC(BOR) but as my workflow is custom I want to use custom events. I have extended the BOR: APPR_DOC to sub-type ZAPPR_DOC in order to create custom events.

I  came to know from HR functional consultant that custom & standard events  for APR process can be assigned using transaction PHAP_CATALOG. So I did the respective configuration inorder to trigger the respective events against APR status.

Actual issue:

  *   None of the events(niether custom/standard) are getting triggered for APR process after configuration in PHAP_CATALOG.

I have seen some post in net mentioning to use SWE_HR1, SWE_HR2 & SWE_HR3. But none of the proposed solution are working.

Please help me on this issue. Quick reply is much appreciated experts.
