how to trigger workflow for transport system CTPROPOSAL

Hi all

we need to do  workflow for transport system we are using the object
CTPROPOSAL.

but when we realease a transport the object CTPROPOSAL was not triggered

the cuestion is if we need to do something to trigger object CTPROPOSAL

 Any help would be appreciated,
