Automated process to Move SAP Work Items from Person A to Person B

Hello,

You could automate the forwarding with an ABAP report that calls
SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM.
If the workitem was sent to A's position (and not the user A) then you
could consider putting B in A's position temporarily.
