Hello,<div><br></div><div>You could automate the forwarding with an ABAP report that calls SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM.</div><div>If the workitem was sent to A's position (and not the user A) then you could consider putting B in A's position temporarily.</div>

When that is determined use SAP transaction SWI5 to move the work items from Person “A”s SAP inbox to Person “B”s inbox.<u></u><u></u></p>
