Hi Jocelyn/Rick,

Many thanks for your help and guidance. The settings in SO16 --> Tab Mail sy.grp --> Radio button option - 'Send to Home Address of Users' fixed the issue. This was not selected earlier. I selected this option now and I can now see the emails in SOST.

One quick question though, Strangely this radio button is not selected in QA system yet the emails are seen in SOST. In Production this radio button was not selected and after I selected this option in production it seems to be working. So I am wondering how does it work in QA system when this setting is switched off in SO16.

Anyways at-least its working in production for now. I will see if I could find anything else and update back.

Thanks for your time. Much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Vijay

Hi Vijay,

Yes SO16 settings - send to user's home address and send to org objects.

Also check the DEFAULT communication type in SU01 is Internet email.

It's not enough to have an email ... if the default communication type is RML the mail will be sent to SAP Office inbox.

Regards,

Jocelyn
