Workflow error Error '9' when calling service 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'

Hi Friends,

Recently after Service pack 6 upgrade all our workflows are erroring out
with message "Error '9' when calling service 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'". Anyone had
similar experience?
