Extended notifications

 In our project we copied the RSWUWFML2 to achieve this functionality , the reason being that the email content for the approvers was very dynamic. We use lotus notes , so i dont see anything different to be done as compared to outlook.

Hi Experts,

I need your valuable ideas on a business requirement which is related to
the concept of workflow extended notifications. The business requirement is
as follows:
User creates a purchase requisition in the sap system. After the PR is
created,  as per the business requirement a notification need to be sent to
the approver lotus notes with a link inside the body of the email. Once the
user clicks on the link, the user should see the SAP Transaction of the
purchase requisition wherein he can approve or reject. If the approver
approves or Rejects,  the information has to be sent to the PR creator as a
notification to his lotus notes.

In the past I have worked on the extended notifications SWNCONFIG and I
have an idea about sending the work items to MSoutlook. Does the same
configuration will work for the lotus notes and also regarding the link, I
believe this should be a webdynpro application,  If correct how can I get
this link inside the body of the notification. Can someone provide your
ideas on this requirement.
