Problem with SBWP

Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange behavior of the SBWP.
Workflow is triggering successfully and it is visible in UWL but this 
workitem is not visible in SBWP. No substitution is maintained.
Can anybody tell what is missing ?
Why the workitem is not visible in SBWP where as it it present in UWL.
