SWEC entry BUS2012 CHANGED

Is it not strange that event BUS2012 CHANGED is created for changed contracts?

I accidentally discovered this because one of the testers did an excellent job 
and created contract documents in addition to purchase order documents. When I 
studied the event log I discovered that BUS2012 events were created for 
documents which are represented by BUS2014 objects.

I created a small function module to set the object type, but shouldn't this 
be done for the BUS2012 CHANGED entry in SWEC as well? (I am assuming that the 
SWEC entry for BUS2012 CHANGED is a SAP standard entry.)
