Optimizing Workflow performance

Hi, 

Could you tell us more about what you're after? What sort of performance issues are you having? Have you gone through the workflow menu or help, there are a number of performance-related tools in the system (SWI2_FREQ/DURA etc.). 

As to optimising, that agin depends on the symptoms. Are you using a lot of unnecessary background steps? Maybe you need to use the event queue (sap help is your friend).
