Hi Mark,
RH_STRUC_GET and the appropriate evaluation path.
RHWEGID0 is a good report for finding appropriate evaluation paths.

Try eval path BOSSORG or A012.
You need to check it out because it sometimes depends on what relationships are being used on site.
Sometimes you need to call in a couple of eval paths, or else get a new eval path created in transaction OOAW.
Cheers,
Jocelyn

Subject: Inverse of RH_ACT_LEADING_POSITION

G'day Wuggers,

Is there a standard function for returning the inverse of RH_ACT_LEADING_POSITION? Rather than starting somewhere and going up to find the first maintained 'Chief', I want to start at a 'Chief' and find all the subordinates. This needs to take into account all sub-org units which either have no 'Chief' defined or where the 'Chief' is vacant.

Many thanks,
Mark
