User who has substitute fails to see in process workitem

 Hi,

This is a normal behaviour when you use Substitute. The Substitute
processing of the Work Item must had been interrupted or he could have
reserved the Work Item...

However if you have SAP_BASIS 700 or above , the user can still see the item
reserved by the substitute by choosing " Also Display Work Items of adopted
substitutions" in the Personal Workflow settings...
