<div>This is a normal behaviour when you use Substitute. The Substitute processing of the Work Item must had been interrupted or he could have reserved the Work Item...</div>

<div>However if you have SAP_BASIS 700 or above , the user can still see the item reserved by the substitute by choosing " Also Display Work Items of adopted substitutions" in the Personal Workflow settings...</div>

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"<br><br>Hi<br><br>I have an issue where a user who has a couple of workflow substitutes,<br>after a workflow loop, the workitem is shown as still in process by the<br>user, but when she looks in her workflow inbox, she doesnt see the<br>
