Transaction PPOME showing the incorrect data

Hello,
I suppose that SWU_OBUF is for workflow-specific buffers only. Thus ,
if you run it, it can effect on , say, agent determimation, but not on
what you see in PPOME\PPOSE.

As for PPOME, I'm almost sure (can't provide you a link to SAP Helo
though),  that if you run a 'structure search' there and do
'Refresh\Structure + Roots', the tree is reread from the database (and
it takes a while).
If you don't see the assignments after such a refresh, you can try this:
- make sure the period in PPOME is set right
- make sure that the assignment data are really present in IDOCs, and
the IDOCs are being posted (status  = 53, 52) (see "ALE QuickStart for
Distributed HR" for more details)
