Issue with Standard WF WS10000051 Parked Document Approval

Hi Folks,

I have an issue with the SAP standard workflow WS10000051 Parked Document 
Approval. 

If I look at that workflow Step 77 is Call Account Assignment Workflow. I 
do not want to do that step and only want to call step 43, call amount 
release workflow.

Is there any configuration I can set-up to stop the account assignment 
workflow being called or do I need to make a copy of the SAP standard and 
make a change on my copy?
