Updates on SAP-WF via ASUG webcast

Hi all,

Many of you took the time and effort to fill out a somewhat lengthy survey
last year at this time.  Since then, I  have blogged on SAP Community
Network as to the results of this survey, but we have also been working hard
behind the scenes with SAP regarding some of the pain points.
