Another HR Leave reuqest on deleted leave request

The delegation workflow must be depended on the leave request workflow.

If the leave request is deleted this must trigger an event to delete the
delegation workflow

Another HR Leave reuqest on deleted leave request

Hi Friends,

I got a scenario.

1) Employee applied for leave say for 1st to 5th
2) The leave request is approved.
3) Employee sends deletion request for this leave from ESS
4) Then before manager approve the deletion; employee applied another
request from 1st to 3rd.
5) Manager now gets 2 requests for approval. 1) The 1st to 5th deletion
and 2) 1st to 3rd approval

Even though we have configuration in Rule groups to check the un-processed
leaves, here the over lapping of leave requests are happening... and
therefore if the manager try to approve to do the approval of 1st to 3rd
leave before approving the deletion; it error outs.

By any chance can we avoid this collision with a Deleted leave request?

Many Thanks,
Thomas.

I have a very little knowledge on portal, Could you please clarify a bit
more on what you mean by 'dedicated UWL RFC connection'.

Thanks,
Z

Hi Z,

Have u changed the xml code ( in Portal ) accordingly ?
If not please change the xml code with the Task ID and the WD application
name.
After that please test the whole scenario from beginning.

Hello,

Whenever I try to execute CATS approval work item from UWL, I get an
error ' Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'. I am using
Webdypro application 'CatsManagerApprove' and task ID TS31000007.

I tried to change visualization parameter using transaction 'SWFVISU' but
nothing has worked.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Z

Hi,

We are using standard workflow WS40000014 for shopping cart. Subworkflow
WS40000016 is being used in the same. Task TS40007953 is being displayed
in
workflow log, but as per workflow definition, task TS40007943 is used.

We are planning to introduce Program exits to task. As per workflow
definition
since we are not able to see task TS40007953, will not be able to attach
program
exits.

Please let me know if there is any alternative procedure for acheving
this.

Regards
Jay

Hi Friends,
We are using user exit to determine the Purchase Req. Approvers. In
ME52N/ME53N under the Release Strategy Tab there is a table which shows
the
Approver name and description against each Release code. In our case we
have
multiple approvers(users which are maintained in a custom table) against
each release code, but the system shows only one approver(user) against
release code in this tab. Is there any way to show all the approvers
there(i.e.multiple rows against each release code).

The issue we are facing is lets say we have user Beta who is the *Manager
*and
user Alpha who is a the *Secretary *of that Manager, we have maintained
both
these users as approvers in the custom table as both are eligible to
approve
and the work item is going to both of them, but in ME52N/ME53N under
Release
stratergy tab* it shows only the Secretary name since alphabetically it
comes first, but the user wants us to show both of them. *

To be precise all I want is that my Purchase Req. Release Strategy tab
should show all the approvers along with release codes .Please advise.

Regards
IK
