Berry,

I haven't worked much with it, but will suggest that you might be able to raise the needed event(s) via status management (BSVW) or change documents (SCDO; object ORDER, I think).

Alternatively, if you only want an email sent, and not work items, perhaps you don't need the workflow framework, and an ABAPer could implement a code enhancement that sends the email.  (That depends on your exact requirement but if only an email is desired, it's something to consider).

Anyone done any workflow work in the PS (Project Systems) area of SAP?

I have a customer request to send emails  when the status of an Activity changes.   I am not seeing much in the line of business objects or workflow tasks that relate to this topic.  I did see BUS2054 (BOR of WBS) and AFVC_NETW (BOR of network activity), but they are not very robust ... as far as events.

About the only documentation I see on this typic seems to be directed at the financial side of this area.

If anyone has any experience in this area or knows of any good resources for help, I would greatly appreciate any advice they would be willing to share.
