Hi Hari,
You need to check HOW and WHERE they uploaded the attachments.
Did they upload them in the Trip transaction, or just in the work item Manage Attachments.
If in the trip - the attachments would be in the attachment list of the trip itself.
In the work item - the attachments would only be in the workflow log - unless you have added a background step to fill the trip attachment list from the work item attachments.
They should be able to get to the workflow log by the Generic Object Services button.

Generally in such a situation we would direct/force the users to create the attachment on the trip - e.g. by using UWL config to remove the Manage Attachments option from that particular task.

Regards,
Jocelyn

Subject: Attachment in portal not getting displayed in SAP Inbox

Dear WUG,

Need your help!

While creating travel expense requests from Enterprise Portal, travelers created few attachments and then saved the travel expense reports.

A workflow then got triggered and this travel expense reports reached the SAP Inboxes of the checkers [in the finance department].

The issue here is that these checkers do not have access to enterprise portal and they expect to see the attachments [that the traveler has created via the portal] via corresponding work items in their SAP Inboxes - which currently is not happening!

I checked the trip transaction that got created [in the backend / in SAP] and found the 'attachment list' menu option in GOS being disabled [may be because there is not even one attachment that has come to the backend!]

What needs to be done so that the attachments can even be viewed from the backend / from SAP Inbox? Please suggest!

Br,
Hari
