Problem with "Send Mail" step

Hari,

Check last tab of SO16 and see if  'Send to Home Address of Users' is selected. If this is selected, any mail sent to SAP Inbox will also be sent to user's home address. I think 'home address' is based on SU01 but I'm not sure on that point.

I don't think the organizational type used in recipient of send mail step affects this.

Hi WUG,

"Send Mail" step with "Recipient type" as Organizational Object and "Expression" as US<SAP ID> is sending out an external email to the user! Is this a standard behavior?

I was expecting to see a message ONLY in SAP Inbox of the user [since the recipient type is Organization object and NOT Email address]. Please clarify!
