Need help on WF error

Hi Arulselvan,
Check the status of the work item  and the Step History tab of the workflow ... both the work item itself and its parent subflows/workflows.
That might give you some clues... e.g. work item might already be completed at the time it is trying to be processed.

Hi All,


WF is not getting triggered while creating Shopping cart in SRM7.0.

In SLG1 we are getting the following errors
Unable to perform callback for work item 000038803905
Error in the Workflow Manager Factory (callback work item: 000038803905)
 Error when reading flow item 000038803905 for work item
Work item 000038803868 cannot be read
