Approval step getting logically deleted

Hi Srini,

Sounds like you have a fork that catches a CHANGED event or something, down that fork is a Terminate action?
Besides using the Admin functions to manually Logically Delete, I don't know of any other way to Logically Delete a WF except via a Terminating action.

If it just blew through the 2nd task, it should be in COMPLETED status, not Logically Deleted.

Hope this helps...
Rick

Subject: Approval step getting logically deleted

Hi Experts,

I have two level approval workflow, after the first level of approval is done the second level is automatically getting logically deleted. Both the approval steps are standard tasks with a blank method called inside. The idea is all the decissions have to be exceuted from the UI screen.I have checked the binding, agent determination and the task is also set to General Task. The approval action is taken via event create SWUE. I have checked the t-codes SWI1_ADM1 and SWI1_ADM2 for tasks with errors or no agents. There is no issue with these. Can some one help in telling the number of ways a step can get logically deleted or what could be the cause for this behaviour.
