Hi David,

Use TypeId = 'G' to send the email to the User's SAP tcode SBWP Business
Workplace documents Inbox.
The e-mail address AddressStrings = 'USFBLOGGS' needs to be constructed by
concatenating 'US' with the UserID.
Sometimes you will want to set Express = 'X', so that the User gets a
pop-up when the email arrives.

Hi,
I have a workflow where I have a send mail step and I want to pass in an
SAP username e.g. FBLOGGS and e-mail this person. They are not the workflow
initiator.

I have tried using 'G' Organisational Object and the workflow errors at
this point.
Do I have to contruct the e-mail address from this username and select the
Recipient Type as 'e-mail address' or can I just pass this username and
select another recipient type?

Many Thanks
David
