Virtual attributes evaluation and performance

Shai,

Does your virtual attribute depend on other attributes of the same BOR 
object? That is, is it populated using data from other sibling attributes? 
 If these are not populated in a timely manner then you can end up with a 
null value in your virtual attribute.  If this is the case ensure that any 
database-sourced attribute is populated when you reference it in your 
virtual attribute.

Great mystery sometimes surrounds BOR objects...

Obvious question: are there any recent updates prior to the failing step?
Custom object/document/event? Does your attribute depend on DB data?
