Extended notifications scheduling

Hello,

I am not sure about "Delete After Send" but I think it makes
RSWNNOTIFDEL unnecessary.
I would try it without RSWNNOTIFDEL; you can always start it up later
(check table SWN_NOTIF for growth).

As for the scheduling, I normally would do 30/30/15. Option 2
(10/10/5) seems like overkill to me and may even be pointless in a
heavy-use environment. Option 1 (5/5/5) would be running constantly.

You can, of course, try Option 1 and see how it goes.
