General Task Issue

Hi Rick,
Check:
1. How is the agent determined on the actual workflow step itself... Rule or Expression?
2. What was actually returned from the Rule or Expression?
3. Is the work item showing up in SWI2_ADM1? (It should be as this is how the administrator knows that it hasn't been assigned)

Remember if its a rule you can also set the terminate if no result option.
If it hasn't actually been assigned any recipients it should be showing up in SWI2_ADM1 - but if you are using an expression and its been incorrectly filled (e.g. with US and blank) that can be a problem.

Regards,
Jocelyn

Hello,

We have WFLOW ROLE set to X on our systems, it doesn't stop General
Task workitems going to all users.
