Did you check the container element which is to pass the text is
selected as multiline (Check box)?

rejection comment passed over from the previous step gets truncated.

Hi All,
I am very new to Workflow development. We have very simple  approval
process workflow with a standard SAP email step in it.  .  The text
entered for rejection from the previous step is passed into the email
step, but when displayed in the emaill gets truncated at 80 characters.
Any suggestions how to overcome this.
