Exteneded notification filter

Hi all, 
I'm trying to setup extended notification with two subscriptions such that for task A system will send with granularity "One Message Contains Multiple Notifications" and for task other than A system will send with granularity "One Message Per Notification". The only I was able to do something similar is to define those two subscriptions and specify task number within Filter settings. However in filter I was not able to specify "other than A"; it only allows to specify A, B, C, ...
 
Any idea how to achieve this requirement? if this is how the system works, then I think this is a major limitation...
