Standard Task : WI Text and binding not visible

Hi,

Need help on a really weird problem.

At several occasions I have noticed that for some very old although still active custom workflows, the work item text and Task-to-Method binding is no longer visible.

1.       The binding between Workflow and Task is intact,

2.       The method too, has the parameters in place,

3.       Task container has those elements in place,

4.       But the task definition no longer 'shows' the binding.

5.       Even the work item text is not visible

6.       Surprisingly a syntax check does not show any error.


1)      WF binding

Not sure why is this happening, but is posing issues during change. Does anyone have any inputs or can share any pointers to a fix?
