How to cancel the under processing work item

Hi Experts,



Could some one help me in the following scenario.



Once the email arrives in user 'A" Microsoft outlook inbox via extended
notifications (SWNSELSEN)  with execute work item link . After clicking on
the link the user 'A'  realizes that he is not the right person to approve
the work item, then he will forward the work item to the right person i.e.
user 'B', before forwarding the work item to the right user i.e. 'user 'B' ,
the user 'A' should cancel the work item which is under processing.

The question is, can we send cancel work item link along with execute work
item link. Any customizing required in SWNCONFIG???
or in any other way?
