SSO and Extended notifications

Hi Friends,
   We were able to resolve this issue, it was because in SAP logon pad we
had two systems referring to production, one without SSO and the other with
SSO, Since the one without SSO was on the top of the logon pad, the shortcut
used that and was asking for password, everything is working fine once we
remove that system from logon pad.

@Jocelyn - Thanks a lot for your help. You reply made us to dig further and
find this issue.
