Workflows hung in background task

Hi Andy,

On the miscellaneous tab for work items you will find a field for
background item timeout. Pre-ECC6 this didn't exist and I vaguely remember
something being hardcoded to 30 minutes.
I don't recall this being configurable or if it does anything if it's left
blank. Would need to test this, I would imagine it should still use a
default of 30 minutes but according to your response maybe it doesn't.
