Workflow Stucks at Background Step with status Completed

Hi Rick,

Error is in SO_OBJECT which is used to send an email. But i want to restart
the same step again, which is currently not possible due to Completed status
of workitem.

is there any way to change the staus from completed to Ready with using FM?
