Workitem in CHECKED status

Hi All,

I have a workflow, where if some conditions are reached the system starts parallel subworkflows. 

The main subworkflow is triggered without errors, the subworkflow starting conditions are OK, but in some cases they are not started. Are stocked in CHECKED status. I can't see anything anormal int he wf log.

Does anybody meet such behaviour before?
