Assistance needed on step type FORK

Hi Mamtha,

If the Decision Step does not receive an agent, it will route to a Default
Agent and continue anyway.

Also, you can place a Condition Step in each branch of the FORK before the
Decision Step.  The Condition Step checks if you need that branch (does
branch have an agent).  The Condition Step TRUE continues to the Decision
Step.  The Condition Step FALSE passes the Decision Step and goes to the
end.

Hi Experts,

As I dont have a system at the moment I request can someone assist me the
functionality of fork.

Ex: I have 5 branches with user decission step types.Agent determination
for all the user decissions is determined from a custom table.Unfortunately
one of the branch did not receive the agent.What will help happen??Does the
Workflow will be completed?? or stay incomplete??
